He won a ring last season with Bosh/Wade both playing injured. And before this season, 2012 was regarded by many as his all around best season.

Same applies to Durant since he has Westbrook and Kevin Martin.
Same applies to Parker in a way since he has Tim Duncan and an incredibly deep team.
Same applies to CP3 since he has BG and an incredibly deep team.
Same applies to your boy who can't win with 3 HOF'ers, so I wouldn't be talking about "stacked" teams.
