Eagles sign Connor Barwin. The BEST move this free agency for them. Solid pass rusher.

it doesn't "settle everything" but believe it or not those points were actually earned with real NFL production

you didn't watch Danny play last year at all...I know you didn't because if you did then you would understand he is capable of things that Welker just isn't

Like getting you to rate him over a player that doubles his production. Yeah, I've figured that out. The greatest 3-TD receiver ever.

when healthy, he is better...for the fourth time, he has had injury issues last 2 years...had he stayed healthy he was on pace to out produce Welker

And if I was 8 feet tall I'd dunk on Shaq.

Your the one who's making an argument that an often injured WR who never had more than 700 yards receiving is better than a guy coming off a season of 1300+ yards and multiple 1000+ yard seasons.

The argument simply isn't there but I guess you are trying to say he's more athletic and skilled than Welker? Can't you say a player like Tyrelle Pryor is better than Drew Brees because he's much faster and has a stronger arm than Brees thus being capable of doing more things?

BTW, Welker may not be the fastest players in terms of foot speed but he's one of the quickest players in the league(if that makes sense) The only thing you can say on him is that he lacks any vertical and can't go up to grab balls but for a slot WR that's not really needed.

Welker is only the most productive WR the past 6 seasons. But he's no Danny Amendola.

he is much more athetic than Welker and yeah you could say that about Pryor...*IF* he came in and was much more productive than Brees was before getting injured.

you guys keep comparing numbers TO A GUY THAT WAS INJURED!!!

Is Shonn Greene better than McFadden???...he had better numbers!!!....so Greene >>> McFadden

you don't think that Welker has been blessed to play in that system?...if Welker was thrown on the Rams he wouldn't be able to do what Danny was doing there while healthy, amazing catch after amazing catch...

Fine, he was injured. Let's compare their per game numbers the last two years....you know, when they were healthy enough to play.

Amendola - 5.75 receptions/game, 60 yards per game, 0.25 tds per game

Welker - 7.5 receptions/game, 92 yards per game, 0.45 touchdowns per game

this isn't correct

the only complete games Amendola had healthy last year was weeks 1-4

he was injured during week 5, and then again when he came back...and it hampered him the rest of the year

compare the first 4 weeks and Danny out produced Wes...I'm positive of it

LOL. Stop making excuses. Using 4 weeks is not a big sample size to generalize players and every player in the NFL plays hurt.

All the time there are those players that start the season smoking hot and then fade back into mediocrity as the season progresses.

yeah, I'm also using my eyeballs to see that Amendola is much more athletic and makes more difficult catches...the same way I can see that McFadden is more talented than Greene despite less production after injury

we can keep doing this but after next year is over, if Amendola stays healthy, it will be me saying "I TOLD YOU SO" I promise you that.
