Ill take Garnett and Duncan. that post D is probably too much for most to handle. then u get a decent perimeter defender who can shoot and some form of penetrations from your guards, should be a good show every night.
a) Jordan+Pippen
That happened ,right?
b) Lebron+Shaq
This also happened ,but would be crazy with present Bron and 00' Shaq.
c) Bird+Magic
Los Angeles Celtics or Boston Lakers?
d) Chamberlain+Dirk
Mountain lion death squat.
e) Garnett+Duncan
Happy mothers day.
f) Hakeem+Kobe
Why can't i hold all this footwork?
g) Barkley+Robinson Best PF or all time , check the adjusted stats.
Yea I'm looking at Kobe + Hakeem over Shaq and LeBron. Shaq and Lebron could fit, but they wouldn't complement each other as well as some of the others.
Easy shaq+lebron. Two of the most dominating forces in modern era(except jordan).
The answer is easily Bird and Magic. Both are better than both of the guys you picked, they're smarter, they're more competitive, more all-around. Pippen and Jordan is easily right behind.
Not really fair. How come Jordan doesn't get a dominant big man? Yes, we know how well he did with Pip, but imagine the damage he could do with a dominant big man.

For sho, I'm keeping it decade, dominance, prime relevance ... who you guy's taking for these duos. And rank them.
Anyone who understands complementary roles and basic basketball mechanics will chose the Kobe-Hakeem tandem. Not expecting lebron stans to understand though.
All great duos...and LeBron+Shaq & Kobe+Hakeem seem unstoppable, but the best option on this list is Magic+Bird. You've gotta be insane to not realize this.
With that said, I'd still take Kobe+Hakeem because Kobe is my favorite player, but Magic & Bird would destroy.
