Lebron, easily. 13th highest paid player in the league and he's head and shoulders above everyone.

Asik is different tho since hes not a back up because the C position is so thin while the PG position is always stacked since most the people in the world that play basketball are a PG's height. Theres a lot of PG's better than Lin while there is maybe half the amount of C's better than Asik.

You cant pick players on a rookie contract. That one is pretty obvious. Kyrie Irving is getting payed 5mill a season.
We all know Parsons will get payed when he is going off his rookie contract.

The irony is that the most and least cost-effective players are two of Lin's best friends.
Most cost-effective: Chandler Parsons
Least cost-effective: Landry Fields

Still in their rookie contracts but still...least cost-effective:
Chandler Parson $888K
Greivis Vasquez $1.1mil
Larry Sanders $1.9mil
Jrue Holiday $2.6mil ($11mil next year though)
Kenneth Faried $1.3mil

Guys, no1's giving Lebron max contract
, teams know they can't count on him in the 4th, it would be overpaying.
And before disagreeing with me, know that you will be negged.

Re: who is the most/least cost-effective player right now?
Let's not consider players on rookie contracts. LeBron is definitely the most cost effective (come on, $17 million? Heck Lin + Asik cost us $16 million already and god knows how many other teams have $17 million tied up in much less profitable assets). I think in general (esp with new CBA) that superstars and rookies are the most underpaid. Reggie Evans is a good call regarding journeymen/average players. Kyle Lowry was playing above his contract in Houston at $6 million (not sure how well he's doing in Toronto)
