Pierce is straight garbage. If he accepted that he was slowing down I wouldn't mind as much, but he hasn't changed any part of his game.

LAWL, building around Rondo, do you want to be an 8 seed every year

I told you he'd be useless without Ray.

Without Pierce and KG his full scrub exposure will be exposed

You told us he would be useless? Okay dumb*ass. You are the least knowledgable person on this forum without a doubt I kid you not.

Butler + Odom + Clippers 2013 First for Pierce + 2 future 2nds.

Clippers get a great fit at Small Forward. Boston saves money and gets another pick.

Celtics are in a tough situation, no pieces to move, over the cap, too much salary committed to declining players, no big men, a warehouse of under performing guards and swingmen, a few good young players, but no one who shows all star kind of potential, and you aren't going to trade them for a superstar. Rondo is a wonderful point, but I don't think you can win a championship with him as your best player. He needs someone to feed. Plus, I think he plays better when he wants to prove that he's the best player on his team.

And with all this, the team is not bad enough to get a decent pick. It's going to be 7th and 8th seeds for a long time coming if they don't shake things up, or clear out some salary to sign a great talent.

One move and this team will be good, they just lose it at the end of close games.

That's the big question. They don't even know. And even if they iron out their identity, I'm nearly positive they aren't good enough to make it matter.

Ray Allen was smart to leave that band of misfits last summer to join a real team

He & his family are having much more fun with the Heat:
