So a team with 2 all stars and a bunch of good role players shouldn't be decent?

He's got really hard working guys playing for him and they all totally buy in to his system.
Boozer/Noah/Butler combined for 41 freaking rebounds tonight. That's effort right there.

Come on Eastern Conference. We shouldn't be this good and having a HCA seed.
It really is a MIA/CHI ECF waiting to happen once Rose comes back.

They've been that for 3rd year straight. The problem was our offense and that's why we're so good this season even without Rose, because our passing game has been incredible.

Needs titles, but as far as pure coaching, the guy is in the same league as Popovich. Coach T-gawd.

Thibodeau can coach his ass off. No question. He's big on player accountability. He'll bench anyone from Rose to on down to the 15th man, if you don't rotate properly.

Re: coach Thib appreciation thread
I remember in his first month as coach, he benched the whole starting lineup because they were getting blown out by the Knicks, and when our bench brought us back he kept them out to teach them a lesson. Right then I knew he was gonna be the perfect coach for this team.
