I wouldn't mind Rip starting to help facilitate the offense and Butler coming in shortly thereafter and playing most of the game. Rip's experience comes in very handy early on in games.
I think Butler needs to play with better players around him, which is why he is now thriving in the starting lineup. Rip would be a better scorer off the bench with the 2nd unit IMO.
Joakim Rodman took David Lee's soul, 6-15 (even worse when guarded by Noah), only 6 rebounds.
While Noah raped him with 14 pts, 16 big boy rebounds, 3 blocks (all on Lee's shots) and amazing defense. Thank you for getting some revenge for OKC Gawdkim.
This Warrior team can't handle physical play and defensive pressure, they gonna fold in the playoffs without their 3s. Curry, Klay, Lee, whoever at Center are all softies.

But who is as physical or tough on D like Chicago out west?
Maybe Memphis and San Antonio.....nobody else really.
Anyways. Man that Butler at the SG position is starting to look more appealing. He could develop into a Paul George type at that position with Denf at the SF. It would give us a better defensive lineup and more youth and athleticism which would help against Miami once Rose cones back. Butler/Deng would give Wade/James fits like George/Granger do.
Jimmy Butler is blowing up before our eyes with this opportunity. Hope Thibs starts to get him in there with Deng. Would love to see the defense with those guys.
