I still remember him clobbering that Florida frontline of Noah/Horford in that loss in the NCAA championship game. Sad how his career turned out (at the moment). But the guy has had injury problems his whole life.
Why would Oden go to a pressure filled situation such as the Heat? He needs to go where he can work on his game and his health in obscurity without the pressures of title contention. Miami is the last place he should go.

he go to any team that would invite him to camp. I doubt many teams if any have interest in him. Even if he does manage to make a roster he's still a huge injury risk.

He's pretty much the last thing Miami needs. They are capped out and need guys they can count on as they don't have flexibility to bring in multiple guys. They can't have someone guaranteed to be on both minute limits and miss games because of injury.
He won't be able to stay on the floor long enough for any sort of consistent production/role. I mean if he enjoys the idea of getting a ring for sitting on the end of a bench in a suit, then by all means go for it Greg.
