This is true. Not only did Kupchak want that but all of the players on the roster as well as everyone within the Lakers family (fans included) wanted that hire to go down. It's not everyday that you see that much fan support for an assistant coach to replace a hall of fame head coach.. and look what shaw is doing in indiana.. whole thing makes me feel sick.
Kobe was playing all the position from pg to center just to win.. His teammates sucks.. You dont expect a 34 yrs old, playing 17 years in the league to carry all this bums.. In this game he almost lead in all stats category.. He outrebound Dwight, lead in assist, block and steal.. If only he had a little help from his shitty teammates and coach, this game was winnable.. I started to think, how can our management build a scrub teammates and coach around GawdBe is beyond me.. Kobe deserve better than this..

I know you're just bitching like a homer, but here are substantial reasons:
Metta World Peace has been given the green light by Coach D'Antoni to fire away with impunity.
Howard is a pale shadow of the 3 time Defensive Player of the Year. He no longer jumps diagonally, which means he is not a five-space rebounder anymore.
There is no defense because Howard does not move laterally as well to cover up for his slow-footed teammates on the perimeter.
D'Antoni is employed because Jim Buss thinks he will automatically bring back Showtime magic of the 80s by standing on the sidelines.
Of course, posters like you will continue to bitch without determining the answers, like spoiled, entitled homers crying over spilled milk.
