Hes just saying that Ibaka pretends to be a tough guy on the court, whereas Jackson belives that he is a tough guy throuhout every facet of his life. Calling out Ibaka as being fake.

He's just saying that Ibaka needs to stop pressing up on dudes acting like he's gonna apply pressure or something. He ain't bout that. It's all just for show.
