Joe Johnson does not make it this year. Neither does Paul George. Irving is a maybe. Has missed half of the season so far and his team is ass with and without him. Holiday makes it unless people smoke crack. Also, Dirk has 0 shot and maybe less than 0 shot. Gay doesn't and shouldn't make it. He's your 4th best player. Curry and Lee are ahead of him.

I think Horford makes the team, and probably Josh Smith will as well.
I doubt both make it. Horford is the guy who likely gets left off. Bosh, Noah, Varejao, Lopez. They all have been better. Varejao's team sucks so that's the kicker. Horford has been super borderline twice...and Johnson made it both years (awful). The actual PF position is slim, with the best PF in the East so far being a SF and the PF actually playing the best is playing C. Smith was also robbed last year.
