It doesn't matter if they actually won, Stern wouldn't allow it. We can't see the voting results anyway so they can do whatever the fk they want. Just like if Lin doesn't get in the all-star game (which he ****ing shouldn't) Stern will still make sure he gets in so all the asians watch

Cleveland has their star athlete in the draft, they win the lottery and get the top pick. Chicago's highschool star is in the draft, they win the lottery by a longshot. The nba takes over ownership for new orleans to develop the franchise, they win the lottery. You think some acne-ridden nerds who are looking for cheap laughs will f*ck with stern's league?
