I'd say he's about on the fringe, even though I personally would take him on my team over any other pg in the league. He seems to have garnered a lot of haters as of recently but when I watch this guy play I see a guy who can control a game better than any pg in the game

He's in the second tier after the Lebron/Durant possibly CP3 and Kobe tier (personally I put those other 2 in the second tier right now).

Its a bit odd to cut it off at 10 in my opinion.

I dont know if I can put Wade and Dirk in the second tier. They have both been non existent or average this year and last year they were both really average last year.

You cant have 1 and a half years of average play and still be put in there with guys that have been elite the whole time.

I wouldn't put Bosh or Z-bo in there either.

So I guess he'd be top 10 then.
