Mike Brown failed in LA this season, but it was just 5 games. He has a solid a winning percentage for his career and is a great defensive coach. I think his offense is terrible.. but that doesn't change the fact that he finished either 2nd or 1st in his conference in every year he coached. A lot of it is due to the teams he coached (and LeBron). I Cleveland not all of his squads were that deep though.

But of course. He's a decent coach but not good enough to coach a championship caliber team. Assistant coach as defensive specialist suits him well.
