Chalmers and Cole together aren't worth a good big. Chalmers and Cole + other crap from the bench isn't worth a big.

Ray Allen's cheap contract + some filler crap is about the only thing that fetches Miami something that isn't a joke.

We'll know a lot more near the deadline. One player that could become available is Okafor. While he is no stud he would still make the team much better.

I don't know how interested the Magic would be in trading Davis, but he would be a pretty good fit on the Heat imo, and Chalmers/Jones would work for him.

Chalmers/Jones for Dalembert works too if Mil would be interested in trading.

Miller/Jones works for Millsap if the Jazz decide to get rid of him, and Jefferson would also be a possibility, although would take a lot of key players for Miami to acquire him because of his salary.

Edit: Just to say I don't think any of those are likely, but I was thinking outside of the box, and looking at teams that are either struggling currently, or are in danger of losing said player in free agency for nothing, or had a glut of players at a position.

I think Millsap would be their best "realistic" target, but I don't know if he is available or not.

They can't. Even if they did get a big at the trade deadline it would be a mediocre one who wouldn't have much impact. Miami's downfall this season will be size, and unfortunately they aren't in a position to trade out of this problem.
