It's a process. Like everything in life. It takes an absurd amount of time to do anything when it comes to verification and paper work. We are talking millions of dollars here. This isn't some little league team where you can just raise your hand and start today.

Doubt it. It always takes about a week to get a coach replaced. That is just par for the course when it comes to hiring in the NBA. As a Laker fan you probably are not use to coaches getting fired and hiring new guys lol. This is how it always goes down.
