Re: -StroShow's Daily Poster Thread 2012/13 (Jeff Green Dunk Of The Year!)-
Jason Maxiell has had some MONSTER facials in his NBA career very underrated in game dunker and at that height as well the dude is as explosive as anyone and hes fat as.

I actually wonder how fat he really is. With his explosion, he's just seemed to be one huge and strong dude, as opposed to being fat.
Re: -StroShow's Daily Poster Thread 2012/13 (Jeff Green Dunk Of The Year!)-
Jason Maxiell is the choice that seems to come to mind first. However, again, I can't remember the last time I've seen Tayshaun Prince throw one down with that kind of authority.
Re: -StroShow's Daily Poster Thread 2012/13 (New Season, New Thread!)-
To see Jason Maxiell coming at you — all six feet, seven inches, and 260 pounds of him — I imagine it would be something like looking down the barrel of a fired cannon. You know an extremely large and powerful projectile is headed your way, and that it’s coming so fast that you’ll be very lucky to avoid it, and that there’s a grave possibility that you’re about to face certain death.
Unfortunately for Glen Davis, he found himself in a situation last night where he had no choice but to purposely move into the path of Maxiell, the flying cannonball. It was basically suicide, but a man can’t be given an uncontested dunk with a minute to go in a close game…
Honorable mentions to Tayshaun Prince and Greg Monroe. This was basically a tossup between the three Pistons, but I had to pick one so I went with the backboard-rattling force of Jason Maxiell (although Detroit lost, he also had the clutch factor working in his favor).

I was pretty bummed about the Pistons loss to Orlando last night, but having three poster nominees all from Detroit (and a Detroit Country Day product on the flashback dunk) sort of makes me feel a little bit better.
