Doesn't look accurate to me. Mayo, Kaman, Favors, Hayward, Nelson, Collison have all been picked and remain in the player pool.
Yeah, I was actually gonna suggest that that was made clear for everyone, because that was me who mentioned it. But when nobody else complained I kind of figured it was just me who didn't know that and left it alone.
Just got in from work, gonna make my picks soon. I've just got a question. If you trade someone a pick in exchange for a player, the player you get is still your keeper? For example my 5th round trade with brwnman of Ellis. Do I get to keep him in the 5th round next season if I were to keep him? Or would that 50% rule apply. Or would the 50% rule apply AND it would be based on whatever round he was originally being kept on by brwnman?
And also, the player was a 2nd round keeper for him and I got him in the 5th round. So it's not just about the 50% rule, it's also about whether he would be a 5th rounder for me this year or if he would count as a 2nd rounder anyways.
Monta Ellis is a 2nd round keeper, regardless of who has him at any point during this draft or during the season. He will require a 1 st round pick to keep him next year because he was kept this year (and has a 'k' beside his name).

I dont find that to be fair. I feel like draft day trades should have different rules than post draft trades. If i'm trading a draft pick for a player, should that not be as if that player is my draft pick? I don't mind the keeper part of it. But I think I should be getting Monta in the 5th round and then he should be a 3rd round keeper for next year.

Sorry man. Monta Ellis is a 2nd round pick. It doesn't matter if you dealt a 5 th round pick for him. Why would it? What if it was a 2 for 2 deal, what would happen then? Say you dealt Rose and lou will for monta and someone else. Does Monta get Lou's round? And if you did the same deal 5 mins after I locked the draft results, there should be different rules?
We don't have transactions that lower the cost of a players draft position. They are drafted where they are drafted.
