Quote:
The Detroit Pistons announced today that the club has signed 2012 second-round draft selection Khris Middleton to a contract. Middleton, who was selected as an early-entry candidate with the 39th pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, played three seasons at Texas A&M averaging 11.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 87 career games. The a 6-7 forward posted averages of 13.2 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists last season for the Aggies as a junior, scoring 16.1 points per game over the seasonís final seven games. Looks like he'll be on the roster at least some. I'm sure he'll see plenty of D-League time.

I think this kid could be a real good role player for us - seems like he could be a defensive specialist

Well I guess it's official Ben Wallace won't be back, unless there is a trade at some point.

I would have liked Wallace to return just to be a mentor to Drummond. I guess with him not coming back it'll give the young guys some more PT.

He was okay in college. He's been compared to T-Mac from John Salmons.

I think he has the potential to break out for the Pistons.

I feel the same, although i think he will take a little time to develop... Has a lot higher ceiling than English, but English already has a defined role and is NBA ready... Middleton's game reminds me of Deng
