Where to find vintage NBA jerseys?

Other than the obvious ebay. I'm not too concerned if they are authentic or not, but I don't want to be ordering from some sketchy Chinese website that will scam me or have me getting reports of fraudulent activity from my bank account. I've been checking out local thrift stores but it doesn't seem like they have much.

I'm a pretty broke college student so obviously price is an issue, so I don't wanna be paying like $80 for a jersey.
