they are just gonan run. and they wont compete against the suns even if they play well together. no team of 2-3 stars can beat the suns in a running game.
i like melo but iverson is one player that i get pist awtching. i hope the nuggest become a 2nd round tho. the west is fun wtih all these good teams. it will only make it more fun.

the nuggets have become better at the defensive end lately and Dw is turning out to be a great defensive player which was evident by the job he did while guarding TMAC in their last game. Karl and the whole team know that the defence is going to be the difference between first round nock off or second round games.
just for everyone expeting inmediate success / failure of this new duo:
-whatever they do during the first 5 games doesn't means they will do the same the whole time they play together (expected to be at least a couple of years)
personally, i hope they can mesh and do it soon. but if they look bright or struggle the first couple of games, I won't rush into conclusions. After all, getting used to play together takes some time.

That's what I've been saying all along. The next few games/weeks/months, you'll see the most humble Anthony/Iverson ever. They'll share to rock till you puke.
But after the honeymoon ends and they get dealt a few harsh blows, their egos will start to resurface. "I'd have hit that shot", "I should be this teams go-to-guy" and so on. Thoughts like that surface sooner or later if you're used to being your team's leading scorer, and it'll nag on you and take its toll if you're not careful.
