The Ab wheel. Brozzz, I'm telling you this thing is killer for your abs and core strength. Been using it for 2 weeks and have already seen significant improvement in my Abs.

You can pick one up at Walmart for like 10 bucks. Well worth the investment.

Guy's, seriously. Give up your ab routine and give this a try. This thing is amazing.

Same movements work with a swiss ball in case the roller's too expensive, but yeah, I agree. Agree though, really great tool.

I used the ab wheel for a little while. Thing is absolute murder lol. I was grunting like a Dragon Ball Z character the whole time

So I bought a new pair of running shoes today. I had been using my zigtechs for general workouts/fitness, but today since it's nice out and I had a day off, I went up to the park to do some jogging. The support and cushion on those things is absolutely horrible. Sucks cuz after 2 miles I had to stop. I wasn't tired AT ALL, but my feet were so sore that I couldn't go anymore.

Came home and did some research on comfortable running shoes and a general favorite seemed to be the ASICS Gel Kayano's, so I bought a pair of those (expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for hopefully)

rest when you are dead

That's the way to do it

To the people talking about abs, try planks and dragon flags as well, burpees are also great and burn a lot of calories.

Lolz I gotta get some bread first. I've been training really hard and joining classes at this gym I've been going to (not your regular commercial gym though. Stuff and equipment's legit and they pride themselves in being called "sports performance center") coz I really want to work part time there. My best friend was interning there and after a couple months started getting paid. Aside from that though, what they do is amazing and while I still can, it'd be great to experience working there and doing another thing I love to do while helping people out.

And Olympic Bars work well there too since the ends can roll and stuff.

Octagon plates oh how I loathe thee. I can never get in a rhythm with them when deadlifting. I'm back in San Diego for the time being and the closest gym doesn't have any bumper plates at all

Ab wheels are 10 bucks. Pretty sure you could scrounge that up.

What's up with octagon plates? How do they differ from regular olympic steel plates?

Just curious, I've never used them.

Not here they ain't. And I just need to bring up my bank again. Trying to save up every bit of allowance I can get just for the sake of saving plus I still got a TRX here that I can do the rollouts on somewhat. Plus crawling, except that you can only go as far as the straps go, of course. Nevertheless that shit's awesome though.
