The Clippers are better without Paul than with him
After analyzing the +/- statitistics published by 82games.com, it is hard to come up with a differnt conclusion. Notably, as myself and even clippersfan86 have been pointing out, he is the worst defender in the league, The clips allow 103 pp100p with him on the floor and only 93 when he's on the bench, much more than offsetting the marginal boost in offense he gives them.
Interestingly, even players who usually share the floor with him like Jordan and Griffin are net contributors with positive +/-, which suggests Paul himself is at fault. watching a few clippers games this year confirms that to me. He was simply torched by most of his matchups and it wasn't until Bledsoe came in that the Clippers got their leads.
If VDN is a halfway decent coach, he will continue to grow Bledsoe's minutes and reduce the amount of time Paul is sabotaging their defense.

Ok so I am not going to blast like you like the other posts above. But I will factually back up what their point that this claim with +/- evidence is incorrect and their is no proper evidence saying Chris Paul brings down the clippers.
It is very simple. When Chris Paul is not on the floor, generally, neither is the starting unit of the opponent. So what the +/- is saying is that the Clippers back ups out produce the opponents back ups. There are probably more reasons in addition to this.
This is a case of misinterpretation of statistics. Sports fans do it alot.
