you're right, he did struggle. everyone struggles every now and than, but he rose to the occasion.
it was westbrook leading the comeback actually. its kinda like one of them moments when the superstar is begging his team to keep them in the game, because he is confident his shots will start falling later on
you don't think kobe or lebron or wade have those moments?
So far this season, Durant is the best offensive player in the league. Dirk was last season (specifically post season), but just because of that run you can't claim he is at this stage this season.
You can't say OKC is overrated, but you can say they have huge expectations on them due to youth, solid roster, and recent playoff experience. They will probably have the best seed in the West, but they can't be called overrated unless (or until) they don't win the WCF.

This. How can you say someone is overrated 9 games in? Some of these comments are ridiculous. It sounds like OKC has already lost the WCF.

I'm sure every star in the history of the game has had these moments, but some to a lesser extent than others. The problem is that Durant was not the best player tonight in the NBA, and many people are acting like he was. He was not even top 5 tonight. Maybe it's that some are making it seem like they seriously believe the last 2-3 minutes is all that matters. Many of us recognize the fallacy there.
Right now, as you know, many people are leading towards a player's rival to hate on another player. CP3 fans will diss Rose and use even Deron Williams to downplay Rose's status as an elite PG in the league. Kobe trolls use Durant/Rose/Howard when talking about LeBron/Wade. It's not like they really believe what they say, or that they like those players. If Durant was threatening Kobe's status, they'd be on LeBron's side. These topics are just old and I don't know who they think they are fooling.
That aside, the first 3.75 quarters are very important.
CLIPPERS Better and experienced guards than OKC (Billups finals MVP, Chris paul top 3 best PG in the league, Blake better offensively than Ibaka, Deandre Jordan best shot blocker after D12?) HEAT LBJ (Best player in the League) Wade Best shooting guard in the league) Bosh (Top 5 PF in the league) Mario Chalmers Norris Cole. Battier. Mike Miller Haslem Joel anthony James Jones
Bullshit. OKC has the best starting 5 in the league except for maybe Chicago. and the best player comes off the bench.
I disagree Chicago have the best starting 5.
I think OKC an Portland have the best balanced starting 5's.
And how could you not include Miami as one of the best 5's (if not the best)? Their bench honestly doesn't give them THAT much (better this year than last, but still), yet they still have the best record.

i have to disagree with you. Clippers have a better starting 5 than OKC HEAT as well Bulls
OKC
PG WESTBROOK: Poor IQ
SG Sefolosha: Good defender but ineffective in the offensive end
SF Durant: Arguably the best scorer in the game
PF IBAKA: Excellent Defender Poor Offensive game
C Perkins: Excellent Defender then again poor offensive game

Because I think perkins/collison and Ibaka are better than bosh + garbage up front. But I guess Miami is arguable.
Plus like I said the best player on OKC (Harden) comes off the bench and Collison is the league's best post defender and he comes off the bench too.

Clippers are better than the Thunder? That's a joke. Don't they have the worst defensive efficiency in the entire league? You're not winning dick in the playoffs with no defense.

so no they don't have the best starting 5
does westbrook have a low IQ or does he have to be aggressive because durant struggles to create his own shot?
