If not for Bynum and Gasol converting at an absurdly efficient rate in some of those games LA's current record would be abysmal.

Easy... Lebron James. Guys had the best record in the regular season for a few years and posts great numbers in the regular season and chokes in the playoffs. Oh and when he does play good in losses, he still lacks the leadership,intangibles and stuff like that. I think that Wade could have beat the mavericks last year if Lebron was gone and he only had Bosh. I know he's only 27 but up to this part of his career he hasn't learned that important stuff.
