i know you mean that it has a big population, but when people say that, i presume they mean, in terms of, if you make it big in toronto, it isnt as big a deal, as if you made it big in an american city of similar size, and tbh, i think theres some truth to that.

I can see your view point... I think it might be the sport too, since if you make it big as a hockey player and bring a title to Toronto, it's pretty good guess you will become a legend. But I think basketball is pretty popular here too and hopefully Toronto can shed that losing culture of the organization and actually does recruit top talent from the FA and draft.

i know its not a big signing, and im sure raptors fans regret it, but turkoglu came to toronto, and i thought i remember him saying him just liking the city was a reason he signed.

Some clown who unfortunately is a fellow Bulls fan, made a ridiculous thread about fearing OKC more than the Heat...let's first beat the defending champs first before we start "worrying" about other teams...:

big market and small market are kinda misnomers. Either way its not going to matter as much as it used to with this new cba.

^responding to the question "what has Kobe done against LeBron", ignoring the fact LeBron assraped Bean in the two games that actually mattered
