To start talking about Gil chucking and all the rest of it was unecessary ESPECIALLY considering Bryant's history with shot attempts.
Yeah I don't remember Kobe using the word "lucky" but I do remember the "terrible shots" part. I don't know if it was veiled criticism but to me it just meant that if any other player were to shoot those shots they would be considered "bad shots." I don't think it was a huge knock on Arenas or anything. If Gil wants to take it personal and up his game even more than by all means he should do so.

Oh I agree Kobe had no right to say anything to Gilbert about his shot selection. Especially considering his is a bit questionable at times too. It just seems that whenever I see a thread related to Kobe I always find your name bashing him.
he actually has some identity to me now, before it was just "that guy that gets 30pppg and does nothing else" now he's gotta a little flavor to him.
You should read some Gilbert Arenas articles. Arenas has been the most entertaining personality in the league for about 3 years now. The NBA could of marketed this guy as a big star because of how entertaining he is alone. Dude has so many funny stories in his career so far. Gil is one of the realest athletes out there.

Kobe probably wonders why no one cares when other players take bad shots.. just him.. he still hasn't figured out it's because he's a d!ck. In contrast Arenas seems to be a good guy.
Arenas is so quirky. Such like a normal dude, who just happens to be a star bball player. That's why I love him. And for his Kobe-like motivation to prove people wrong. He has quickly ascended to be my second favorite player in the league.
