He can shoot jumper decently, dunno how his FT is crap though.
But its not like his throw is very bad, you can tell he can hit it if you watch his FT. The problem is the consistency.

Dirk is 7ft but he has a great FT% and also 3pt%. So height don't really matter.

I could correct his form and raise his percentage by at least 20 points in one afternoon of coaching. I would only charge $50,000 an hour. Dwight, give me a call.
