Default anyone with me that ebanks should go back to school?

well i just figured.. he maybe has more potential than desean butler but i think its better if he will stay. why because i think he will be the first option next year. he needs to work on his dribbling and shooting. sometimes he opts to pass than shoot it often times it leads to a turnover ..

what i love about ebanks game is he plays hard defense.. which is an advantage already moving on to the next level.

My problem with him is that he didn't improve between freshman and sophomore year.

Of course he should, as should the majority of these guys declaring. Guys like Ed Davis and JaJaun Johnson will get snapped in half in the NBA. I wonder how many careers this lockout's going to destroy by forcing guys to come out before they're ready and being chewed up and spit out.

I know the lockout played a very big part in Ed Davis declaring. Many members of the "Carolina Family" advised Ed to come back for another year since he isn't ready for the NB yet. He has the potential and ability to be a good NBA player but could use another year in college to develop some other parts of his game; things he didn't get to fully work on and develop this year due to missing most of the season with injury.

Exactly. In fact he slipped pretty heavily in my eyes. He didn't have nearly as much explosion, or that wiry ability to finish this year, at least he didn't show it. He also didn't show any realy improvement to his ball handling or shooting. So to me it was as if he didn't improve his weaknesses, while at the same time his strengths didn't seem as strong. Not good.

Last year I was torn between his upside being younger and a little more athletic, and Craig Brackins more polished game. Now I'd definitely take Brackins ahead of him, and even he had an awfull year.

If he can cash it in, cash it in.

If not, come back for more knowledge.

From a basketball prospective he definitely should have came back.

From a business propsective, with the potential of injury, lockout looming and contracts being slashed, he made the right choice.
