I usually don't like chromed cars, but. . .
. . . this is absolute perfection. It is a thing of beauty.
Gold Hamann Ferrari 599 GTB
Chromed cars are tacky and gimmicky. Usually incredibly ugly, but not this. This screams taste and class. They gain extra points by not chroming the entire body. The gold exhaust tips are top class!
Here's some short action for you, full throttle .
Also, Hamann is one of my favorite aftermarket companies. Gemballa is up there, too, so is Lingenfelter.
Also, if people decide to post picture of other cars, please don't post massive pictures that ruin the entire page. Think before you post.

Unless It's a F40, or an F50, stock Ferrari's don't really do it for me.
Here's the non-gold Hamann 599
Here's examples of other Hamann cars:
LP640
M3 E92

Isn't it technically illegal to chrome your car?

Re: I usually don't like chromed cars, but. . .
612 is a luxury car. Complete opposite of what Ferrari is all about, to me. I always thought their grand touring cars were a waste of time, but they're cheap and probably their biggest sellers [not sure], and you need to make money, right? The California isn't very appealing, IMO. It's their first ever front engined V8 Ferrari, and It's very underwhelming. If I'm in the market for luxury and daily drivers, Ferrari is the last place I'm looking. With that said, It's the only Hamann I don't like as well.
Meh. Looks too much like an Aston Martin.

the 456 is sort of a failure for Ferrari...it is probably the cheapest used Ferrari you can purchase...
the last to still have pop up lights, which are ugly as hell IMO...
but the biggest probalem is that Ferrari is a 4-seater, it was their attempt at making a Ferrari that you can drive everyday, even to work...
in fact, I believe it was even an option for the buyer to get that car as an automatic...and an automatic Ferrari is just a complete waste...(although I bet that was rare)
if you are looking for a cheap one, that is the way to go...
http://motors.shop.ebay.com/Cars-Tru...&_sop=7&_rdc=1
^^^ they have one with 16k miles that is only $53k....very cheap for a Ferrari...

A Ferrari needs to be red. Chrome and gold color is for cheap japanese/american cars

Without fail, someone posts a huge picture that f*cks up the thread. No surprise on who posted it, either.
