Porsche GT3 v Honda CBR1000RR and Yamaha R1 in light traffic
Full throttle, 150 MPH + in traffic.
He had a really nice recovery in the beginning of the video, and he's a skilled driver, that's for sure, but dumb as f*ck. Drive to Germany and go on the Nurburgring if you have to. It's only a few dollars.
I felt for the people on the highway too. I had an Audi S8 come up behind me and a friend the other day, was probably slowing down from 140. He was about 6 inches from my bumper before I could get out of the way.
He actually waved thank you before he sped off into the distance, which pleased me. I wasn't offended, nothing wrong with what he was doing to me. Just another guy with a nice car driving the f*ck out of it. I can't stand the losers that buy for show.

there is a certain responsibility that comes with owning a car like that ... you cannot realistically count on the other drivers being aware of their surroundings... there are alot and i mean alot of really bad drivers out there who can screw up a perfectly good high speed run through shear stupidity or fear, you have to leave room for the non participants in your fun to do everything in their power to fu*k it up....lol
and i'll add from my experience, 70% of the people that own high performance cars are truly incapable of extracting the max performance from the car or dealing with it in a high speed situation should the thing decide to come unglued

scared. red mist has taken over...lol
I know. Most of my friends think they are good drivers. They're not. Not at all. I dont even let them drive me anywhere. Not even down the street. Almost totaled my BMW.
whenever someone gets all close to me and expects to me speed up or move out of the way I just brake check their ass. 99.9% of the time they back off, just gotta show them which one has the bigger balls.
I always say to myself that if I ever get a high performance vehicle, that I would also shell out the extra couple grand to take some advanced driving/racing classes.
Normal people get too scared when in a high speed situation. They can't handle the positive and negative g forces from accelerating and decelerating.
That's just one example. There's a hundred more.
And you bring up a good point, you can trust yourself, but you cannot trust the other drivers.

I can usually tell who's being an a*shole and who's not. I move for the guys that just want to have fun and expect people to move out of the way, which is understandable to me. For anyone else, I wait until I'm next to a car and I box him in, so he has to brake hard and cross three lanes to get in front of me.
great driver indeed with outstanding recognition of everyone on the road. still i say he will face an early death at the hands of a less skilled law abider.

well worth the time and money.. you would have a blast and learn more in a 3 day course then you would any other way... they take you from the basics of the car controls, explain in depth why and how to balance a car in various types of corners then you put it all together as they gradually are allowed to build up speed through a series of on track sessions... lots of good schools programs out there, pm me if you're every in the market, you don't even use your own car, you get to trash somebody elses lol..
and that video exactly, peugeot never saw the guy coming
