I'm just curious: How many of you guys are old enough to have been able to see Thomas live in let's say '87?

if its soo even than why does Isiah great throughout his whole career and have 2 champioships?????

the question was brought up and I wanted to see how beating the lowly Lakers would change someone's opinion on the subject

1) Isiah had the better career (so far)
2) Teammates. Detroit has been great for many years. They didn't win it in the 1st or 2nd year they were good. Let's see what the Suns will do this year and next.

Offensively it's even. nash is a better passer, Isiah is a better slasher. Shooting about even. It's personal preference on offense. Defense... is a different issue. But Thomas was not a great defender either. detroit was, but Thomas... no.

You just offensively its even...defensively Isiah is better...Doesnt that mean Isiah is better..Throw in he has proven he could win the big one and that he is one of the clutchest mofos of all time... Why would someone assume Nash would do what Isiah already has....

I dont even think Jtothe... would even say Nash is on Zeke's level...

Who is the proven winner?

Who won Finals MVP?

Who led their team to back to back championships and 3 Finals appearances in a row?

All 3 questions lead to one player- Zeke

I could probably get 20 assists playing point for the Suns against Smush/Farmar and the rest of that porous Laker defense.

It shows the growing ignorance from some of these posters.

Your hatred of one player from a different era with comparison from another player like Isaih from a different era is a compliment to your stupidity. Good job for whoever created this thread. Obviously, he should vote for JFK for president in 2008 election since he obviously believes he was a better president than the likes of Hiliary, Obama.
