It's the ultimate arsenal to rely on when nothing is there. You can just pull up almost anytime. It's just always there. The 3 is way too hit or miss and you just can't get to the rack. The mid-range is always there. Master that shot and you master the highest level of bball.

My favorite shot of the year was in the GS-HOU series. It was game 3 or 4, and the Warriors were on one of their third quarter runs, unanswered because the Rockets kept missing threes. FINALLY, before it got too out of hand, Iman freakin' Shumpert pump-faked and drove to the free-throw line for a pull-up. Bang. Run stopped, momentum over. Ship stabilized. Durants midrange numbers were head and shoulders better thathan anybody else before his injury,volume AND efficiency wise.

Kawhi isnt proving anything we already didnt know. Being a go to scorer in the playoffs is the most important skill a player can have

Curry isnt a go to scorer. Hes a rhythm/streakshooter whose go to moves are completely predictable and worthless against tight finals defense.


Curry cant hit a momentum shot to save his life. Theres thousands of guys I'd take over curry in the finals.

You cant get by anymore on 1 or 2 good things... you have to be elite at everything and the Raps are the team with the least amount of weaknesses. It's not like they just rely on midrange and post play like its the stone age
