Kobe's never been able to guard Wade facing up ... just never.

Go back and watch the Christmas Day game from 4 or 5 years ago when Shaq was on the Heat.

Kobe could not stop Wade from getting into the lane back then either.

He simply cannot guard Wade 1-on-1. Never has been able to, today it was just obvious Wade could get past him at will. It's one of the dirty little secrets of the NBA.

I remember at one point Wade just got to the basket with no resistance and the play got stopped because of a whistle, but I was like "jeeeezus, who the hell was guarding Wade there", and then I realized it was Bryant and went "... Oh"

At the thought that Kobe could ever guard Wade, especially last year when Wade put up 24\10\10 in the all-star game on Kobe and broke his nose.
