This sounds like something a radio host would make up after maybe hearing something about LA considering picking Lin off of waivers. Even if for some reason it was true (doubtful- why would Kobe and Fish being giving input on a 13th to 15th player? Is LA's management that horrible and powerless?) would some radio shows be the ones to report it.

What was the last story broken by a radio personality?

If they did, why did Kobe act like he didn't know who Jeremy was before they played?

It was actually Mike Brown because "I have no clue...I know that Mitch liked the guy and thought highly of him, but I didn't know anything about him back then."

[QUOTE]The Lakers put in a waiver claim on Lin after Golden State dropped him on Dec. 9, but the Houston Rockets had a worse record last season and thus were awarded Lin ahead of the Lakers. After the Rockets also waived Lin on Dec. 24, the Lakers were again interested but didn

Kobe said he meet & knew who the kid was. What Kobe brushed off (which i think he was lying) was that he didn't know Lin was tearing up the league those past 3 games before they played.

When did Fisher and Kobe start getting consulted about personnel decisions? If that were happening, do you really think Odom would have been traded away?

    This is a dumb thread.
