He was awful his preaseason debut, where John Wall and DeMarcus Cousins excelled.
He seems like mid to late 1st round type of talent, what the hell were the Sixers thinking picking him in front of Cousins as the 2nd pick.

I was not really impressed with his performance in the NBA Summer League and in his first preseason game. Thank God the Sixers didn't trade Andre Iguodala.

The fact that it took him 3/4 years in college to be a household name speaks volume of his talent. I think he is a slow learner(not retarded), it might take him about 2 or 3 years but he'll get there.

It's too early to call him a bust, but it's definitely not too early to be very worried. It means absolutely nothing to do well in summer league and pre season, but it absolutely means something to play poorly in both cases.
