no, not really.

There's more than 4 aspects to the game of basketball, if we put top 2 ball handler and top 3 quickness into this, you get a significantly higher rating, but that wouldn't fit your agenda.
I'd say he's easily a top 5 pg, aside from curry, westbrook it's hard to put anyone over him.
I'd struggle to put current cp3 over current Irving, especially considering how great he has been playing lately, and as cavs fan you should learn to appreciate that, not just bash every cavs player that's playing better than bron in continous games

But he's only averaging 19/3/4 this season

LOL he was injured for the first two months of the year, with a major injury that happened had kept him out of basketball for 6 months.

He's getting better.

In the past 3-4 weeks he's been good. In the past week, he was great. And this (the fact that he's basically back to the old Kyrie) is probably the reason that Cleveland thinks they don't need Love anymore.

His passing vision may indeed be only 20th out of the 30 starting PG's. So if you glued him to one spot on the floor, he'd be a top 20 passer like you say.

But if you actually allow him to move and make plays (drive and attract multiple defenders) he is a top 10 passer aka playmaker, maybe even top 7.

And rebounding for a PG is not worth 25% of their value...more like 5%. Like in NBA 2k video games lol, a PG's low rebounding rate won't make them go from an 85 to a 70 overall.


And he is def not the worst starting PG defensively. We got Lin, Rose, Deron Williams in this league...and that's just off the top of my head.
