I'm not going to let people like you come on the board and advise people to do a shitty program. I did dunknow, and got absolutely no results(non that I wanted anyway). I did VJB and got great results. I have 2 friends that did both programs with me... and they got no results doing dunknow, and great results doing VJB.

Hmmmm.... coincidence??? I don't think so. VJB is not a perfect program, but it's a great program that actually stresses the correct principles. Dunk now, air alert, and the like... are complete BS. you do not increase your vert doing 50 reps with a weighted vest. If you are doing 5 or 6 reps with that weighted vest, then you will get results. If this is what you are doing, then you need to say so, otherwise I think you are either bullshitting about making good gains on this program, or you are someone who has natural jumping ability that just about anything will work for.
