You can download the NBA watch app, then pay for the single game you want to watch.

I downloaded the app but I can't seem to watch anything. Do I have to download flash in the app? Walk me thru it brah

I caught a bit of the game last night via the NBA app. Not sure if you can stream TNT televised games tho.
