I've always said this guy is a little overrated and benefits more individually from the GS system than any other player on that team. But I think (or at least I hope) what he's referring to is that his role on the team leads to him getting a lot of his points off the ball. Realistically we all know that to be a part of the Curry Effect, but Klay is incredible in his role.
I don't think his ego will get in the way of team chemistry, but he is one arrogant SOB. I think the biggest threat that Klay poses to LeBron haters is actually his embarrassingly self-destructive choice of words at press conferences.

Fan of Klay, but he's not on the team anymore once his current deal is up, maybe sooner.
Dubs will find that they don't need him, despite his quality. They'll trade him for what they do need.

Klay is the second best player on the team behind Durant, his role isn't changing.
