BREAKING: Stoudemire feels like a beast

Abs are genetic. Some people can't grow them for whatever odd reason. I have a friend who played for the Dodgers, was incredibly lean, did an ab routine that would kill almost anyone, and he didn't have a 6 pack.

Please stop kidding yourself. If you have any knowledge with fitness you should know that the genetic component of abs is mainly in the shape of the abs and whether you have a 6-pack or an 8-pack. Having a killer ab routine is not gonna get you abs. Your abs are sculpted in the kitchen. Its the super clean diet that gives you abs. You don't even have to ever train your abs to have abs. The thing with me is that a guy like Stoudemire, who probably lifts once in a while and plays basketball which requires a strong core which means a lot of core work, well I would expect him to have abs. The fact that he has none and doesn't seem to have any definition in his midsection just makes me laugh at how the NBA uses the old body caliper method to measure body fat % which is terribly inaccurate.

If you have a lot of fluids in your body your abs blend in a little. It's like when your dehydrated in the morning they are way more visible.

Hate to say this but NY is starting to look good.
