Actually got it from this other site, they do somewhat of a mock-league with the same rules, except you're given a 13 man lineup, and you're given a certain amount of days to trade with other teams to make the best 10-man team possible.

I suppose I could make an updated list whenever I get some spare time...

    Starters
    PG-Andre Miller ($7)
    SG-Brandon Roy ($12)
    SF-Caron Butler ($12)
    PF-Luis Scola ($5)
    C-Jeff Foster ($2)

    Bench
    PG-D.J. Strawberry ($1)
    SG-Kyle Korver ($3)
    SF-Jeff Green ($2)
    PF-Brandon Bass ($2)
    C-Nick Collison ($4)

Defense, Defense, Defense is the order of the day and Roy, Butler, and Scola give me just enough offense. But my only concern is only having only one true dead-eye sniper to open up the defense.

u have one player that plays defense, and i think he's been in the league for 20 years.

That's why they're on the bench and all role players who play their respective roles well.

    Starters
    PG-Maurice Williams ($6)

This maybe be the best team here, though it may get a test from:

    STARTERS
    Stephon Marbury - $3
    Dwayne Wade - $16
    Andres Nocioni - $4
    Elton Brand - $14
    Joakim Noah - $3

    pg. Shaun Livingston $1
    sg. Kobe Bryant $20
    sf. Gerald Green $1
    pf. Al Thornton $3
    c. Dwight Howard $17

    Rodney Stuckey $3
    Steven Hunter $2
    Stromile Swift $2
    Speedy Claxton $1

We only need a 9 man rotation and were winning the chip.

    pg: devin harris 7$
    sg: michael redd 9$
    sf: tayshaun prince 8$
    pf: andrei kirilenko 8$
    c: tyson chandler 8$
    6th: jerry stackhouse 3$
    7th: brent barry 2$
    8th: fabrico oberto 3$
    9th: brian scalabrine 1$
    10th: kwame brown 1$

only use an 8 man rotation for the most part.

    team strengths:
defense: perimiter defense would be excellent, plus help side rotation from shot blockers.
    speed: very fast starting lineup
bench: has a scorer, a ball handler, some size, and a fan favorite.
outside shooters: can keep an outside shooter in at all times.

    team weakness:
offense: streaky scorers, no interior offense.

so this team wouldnt go deep in the playoffs, but the salary cap is tough. i think this team could beat about any team made. defensively they could swarm, create trunovers, run a good zone, play straight up man to man.
the tough problem would be scoring. redd would be the load carrier, and he can avg 25 or so. plus stackhouse of the bench would help. everyone could pitch in a bit. kirilenko would be happy in this line up. tayshaun and kirilenko would be hell to play offense against. somebody find a team to beat this one.
