Default Predictions for the Trimester Awards

I'll bump this when we've been over a third of the season.

    MVP East- Lebron
    MVP West - Westbrook/Kawahi
    Best Record East - Cleveland
    Best Record West - Spurs
Greatest turnaround in W/L- Timberwolves (Please.)
Most Improved - Jeremy Lin or One of the lakers who finally got freedom
Rookie of the Year - Embiid should be in the lead if he isn't injured
Greatest Dropoff - Rockets or Dallas
Defensive Player - Rudy Gobert or my personal dark horse, Myles Turner

Let's see who here has the best predicting abilities.
Feel free to add categories or remove them as you wish.
(You can predict only one or two, or 15 if you want.)

I predict the Wolves to still be the bottom feeders of the West

some solid picks especially the jeremy lin mip, I'm not so sure about the bolded.
dallas is no way in the greatest dropoff discussion, they got a solid team that just needs a bit of meshing time because they are old. They'll be ok.
(if healthy( nuggets will do better than the timberwolves, they are deep.
