This would be his worst failure since getting dismantled in 2011. 2011 was his strongest team and he lost to a team led by an aging Dirk and an ancient Kidd.

Well said. Lebron isn't Jordan never was same thing for Magic he not on that tier of greatness. Lebron is 2nd/3rd tier all-time great.

What's your argument with Curry? He actually wins games, 2/2.

Some people are comparing the cat to prime MJ for crying out loud. I didn't even like Jordan, but come on. Curry is no better than prime LeBron was. And that's a looooooooooooong way from MJ.

Not just prime Lebron but I'm not so sure I'll take Curry over Dirk, Wade, and KG for that matter during their prime years. I feel impacted the game in more ways than Curry does.

meh, even a struggling LeBron right now is playing than Kobe ever would in the finals barring '02... its not his blame to shoulder.

I like him a lot. But when people are really starting to believe he is a better player than prime LeBron or peak Kobe... something is just wrong. When people are starting to believe he is a deadlier offensive weapon than peak Shaq... it's absurd.
And it's one thing to hear it from 15 year old kids on a message board but it's quite another to hear it from talking heads. Insane.

I think he is on par with peak Steve Nash. Just on a better team. When Nash peaked and won two MVPs, people said he was better than Dirk, Kobe, Duncan, etc. The media, too.
That died down pretty quickly. (And I LOVE Steve Nash. But better than Duncan? LOL.)

Uh.. yes? It doesn't matter how he plays? And that team could've easily lost against OKC. He's not immune to criticism just because they won 73 games. You know in your heart you want/expect the Cavs to pull it off. He's certainly not playing like a "3rd best all time" caliber, and when he's propped up to that standard by people like you, then he'll receive the flack for not playing up to that standard.

Nice try, though.
And durant plays in the west, where trips to the finals are much harder
