    Phil is a master communicator. Media, fans, and players alike. Stroking the egos that need stroked, pushing the buttons that need pushed, and keeping his flock together.


    Push on his 2 best players, stroke a guy who may force his way over and his fragile fan base all in 1 interview. Nah, maybe he just talks out his ass and doesn't have a purpose.
