His peak is up there but not GOAT. For me, he’s never had that feeling of being unbeatable when it mattered most i.e. the playoffs the way Jordan, Shaq, and Hakeem has had at times. In the regular season, sure, 2010 and 2013 come to mind, but he seemed to vulnerable in the playoffs.

As far as longevity goes, he might, but it’s not a foregone conclusion like everyone says. He’s more durable then Kobe, but there was a lot of similar talk about him leading up to when he tore his achilles, which was in his 17th season like Lebron will be heading into now. People tend to overestimate how long someone will play. He could be done very soon if he gets hurt, and he did get hurt last year. It’s not a foregone conclusion that he surpasses Kareem or Malone in this regard.

It's close but LeBron is behind mj in both. Mj's peak stats were better and he won more. As far as longevity goes mj won at 34 where LeBron hasn't won past 31 and probably won't win again so longevity goes to mj also.

No he doesn't. He has the same amount of chips but less stats and accolades especially in the post season and more specifically the finals.

He’s behind Jordan, so I know it infuriates the LeBron stans, thought that much was obvious.

GOAT peak, no way...players that I've seen that I would put over LBJ are MJ, Bird, Shaq and Hakeem. Can't really comment on peak KAJ and Wilt but stats say they have an argument over James too.

LBJ is still going strong going on his 17th season, not the player he once was but still going strong, we'll see in the coming years if he can challenge KAJ and Malone for longevity.

LeBron is currently tied with Kareem and Kobe for most All-NBA teams at 15. If he makes All-NBA this year is reasonable to argue he's got greatest longevity due to having the most years as a top 15 player.

If you want to eliminate second and third team awards, LeBron has the most first team All-NBA awards with 12. (Karl Malone 11, Kobe 11, Kareem 10, MJ 10) It is credible to claim that as things stand right now, no one has played at as high a level as LeBron for longer than LeBron.
