I'll take the loss. The most rewardful outcome of this season will inevitably be a draft pick

Scott Skiles drew up a better play with 0.8 seconds left than Byron did with 24 seconds left.

Clarkson is already a bonus since he's wayyyy overachieved his draft spot. Very nice offensive player already. I think he has the quickness to be a good defender too.

Hopefully Bass/Lou/Hibbert have some value by December/January, trade them to a contender.

I think we can snag a top two pick.

hibbert has absolutely no value. hes basically in carlos boozer mode at this point

the lakers have a great chance to finish with a bottom 3 record to keep their pick. but the lottery could **** them over.

lakers should blow it up right now. but they wont because its kobes farewell tour and they dont wanna make him think theyre not trying to win

itel be 2-3 years before theres any big moves
Hibbert has very little value, but consider this, NO was starting Perkins. Not sure when Asik will be back, but if they don't want to play AD at center, maybe they give a second round pick for him, throw in a trade exception.

Bottom 3 yes. But you have to figure a team will jump you. I'll feel safe if we're bottom 2.

Didn't see the game. Looking at the box score and it seems Lakers got killed on the glass. Lakers shot 50%, Magic shot 40%... but the Magic got 20 more shots. You won't win many games giving up 20+ offensive boards.
