    Default All-time rookie team

    This is just based on what they did their rookie seasons.

    Starters:
    PG Oscar (30/10.1/9.7 on 47.3%)
    SG Jordan (28.2/6.5/5.9 on 51.5% with 2.4 steals)
    SF Dr J (27.3/15.7/4 on 49.8%. playoffs: 33.3/20.4/6.5)
    PF Duncan (21.1/11.9/2.5 blocks, +36 wins)
    C Wilt (scoring and rebounding records, MVP)

    Bench:
    PG Magic (championship)
    SG Monroe (24.3/5.7/4.3)
    SF Bird (+32 wins)
    PF Unseld (+21 wins, MVP)
    C Kareem (28.8/14.5/4.1 on 51.8%)

    D League:
    PG Iverson
    SG Richmond
    SF Baylor
    PF Pettit
    C[S]Bellamy[/S] Shaq

    Maybe. You could replace Bellamy with him, but he wasn't better than Kareem or Wilt his rookie year. Center is very competitive. There have been a lot of strong rookie seasons by bigs.

    If you don't go by position, then you could move Shaq to second team. I don't know why Unseld won MVP his rookie season.

    Shaq was better than Kareem his rookie season, IMO at least. A lot easier to score back in the day.
