I have played in several intramural squads, leagues, traveling teams, etc and I've never kept stats.

Last semester I got picked up on a squad and I only remember how many points I had one game because I shot the ball way more than I normally do and the statisticians told me how many points I had.


Guys like the OP make the worst teammates...secretly trying to make certain statlines instead of trying to win.


Keeping your stats in an intramural, league game like setting is lame.

I know I read the thread the first time actually....I played in HS, had a scholly to a small school, started a non profit basketball program in Chicago, and I hoop in a league and plan on coaching my son when he is of age.
