    It was not his sudden desire to return home to Cleveland but the realization that the Miami cast (specifically Wade who would not be leaving MIA but would take up significant cap space) was not good enough to win a title. Lebron made the best decision for him - team up with younger team mates who can carry him as he ages. The fact that this results in "goodwill" as far as his image is concerned is secondary.

    He's also lost weight this summer - all for the purpose of extending his career and possible title-winning years.
